Hardship StatusIn few situations, taxpayers may not be able to make any payments towards their delinquent state or federal taxes. Moreover, due to procedural or other circumstances, some taxpayers might not be eligible to take advantage of the offer in compromise program or the bankruptcy laws. San Francisco Tax Attorneys have scored hundreds of successful negotiation and are ready to score hundreds more.
